Welcome to SueYourLettingAgent.com
There are some 12,000 Letting Agents in England and Wales. Some are very good indeed. Others are absolutely appalling and cost their clients a lot of money.
This website contains some hints and tips to enable you to get the most out of your Letting Agent. It’s author has run a Training Company for Letting Agents for more than 10 years and provides advice on a regular basis to Landlords and Landlord Associations. Some parts of this site are accessible to everyone. Other parts that will save you money are available to Members Only. Membership costs £75 a year. If your Agent charges you repeat fees each year you will save more than that alone, as repeat fees in many cases are unlawful.
